Browse or search for the items you are seeking in Brody & Cole's online boutique. Use the search box located on the top right of each boutique page or browse the navigation list on the left side of each page. When you find something you like, select it and choose the size and color you would like to purchase. Be sure to select the quantity and then click the purple "add to shopping bag" button. Once you've made your selection, either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can view your shopping bag at anytime by selecting the "view shopping bag" button located at the top right of every page.

WISH LIST

The Brody & Cole wish list helps you to create a list of items that you'd like to either purchase at a later date or suggest to a friend as a gift you might like to receive. Your list will be saved in the Brody & Cole online boutique and can be added to or amended on your next visit. It really is a perfect way to get gifts you need without having to ask!

STYLE CONSULTANT SERVICE

For all of your fashion questions, Brody & Cole offers a complimentary style consultant service. Email our style consultant or call 888-707-1627 and a Brody & Cole style consultant will return your call or email within 24 hours.

PURCHASES

Your Brody & Cole purchases can be paid for online using all major credit cards. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. To ensure your security Brody & Cole purchases are processed by Comodo secure server. Please note that all payments will be processed in US Dollars ($). International orders must be paid by credit card. Note: The prices listed on the product page of the online boutique do not include tax. Tax will be calculated upon checkout dependent on the location of delivery. There will be no taxes added to international deliveries.

GIFT CARD

The prepaid Gift Card is redeemable for Brody & Cole merchandise. Gift Card holders will be prompted to enter their unique Gift Card code during BrodyandCole.com checkout.

Gift Cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift Cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee.

GIFT WRAP

Brody and Cole garments are hand-packed with Brody & Cole signature wrapping. If your selections are a special gift we can customize the gift wrap to fit the occasion and add a personal message from you.

SHIPPING

Brody & Cole offers shipping with United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. Upon checkout select the carrier that suits your shipping criteria best. As a value added service, Brody & Cole offer complimentary shipping on orders of $99.00 or more through the USPS. Delivery is estimated at 2-5 business days.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Please note UPS is unable to deliver to PO Boxes, hospitals or military addresses. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories.

Brody & Cole will advise you if your order contains items that are backordered (i.e. temporarily out of stock). You can choose to have your available selections shipped right-away or delay the entire order until all of your selections can be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For overseas orders the delivery times will vary depending upon the destination country. Brody & Cole will quote you a basic delivery charge at the time you place your order with us. Please note this may be amended at a later date for additional charges in the destination country. Any additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Brody & Cole has no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.
